"THE WOMAN PREACHER IS A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL, MULTI-TASKING, MEGA ANOINTED PHENOMENON!"

"THE WOMAN PREACHER IS A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL, MULTI-TASKING, MEGA ANOINTED PHENOMENON!"

If she is single - she is walking pure & chaste before the Lord without falling, failing and faltering. She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. Her affections are towards the Lord. She may desire a husband (and that is wonderful) and she may just want to work in the ministry without a husband (and that is wonderful too!) People may talk about her because she is single (WHY DOES THE CHURCH TORMENT SINGLE WOMEN? Oh sorry...I WILL ADDRESS THAT AT ANOTHER TIME! Auggggh...Good Grief <------ Charlie Brown Moment) In time, she has countless spiritual children. She births souls in the Spirit and is called mother whether or not she ever marries because she carries herself in a manner that demands and commands respect. She is beautiful. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is a great leader. She is strong. She is a a woman of prayer and a woman of power. She is virtuous. She preaches the paint off of the walls! She is humble yet bold. Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is a single mother - she is walking in an anointing, power and authority that even her BABY DADDY recognizes because he remembers her THEN but sees her NOW! He may not ever say that he sees God on her life but trust me WOMAN OF GOD - HE KNOWS....HE KNOWS! Her child(ren) see the greatness of the Lord upon her life and they see her praying, studying and laboring in the Spirit. She proves to all (but most of all her children) that she is a SURVIVOR and MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! They know that she loves them. She is beautiful. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is strong. She is virtuous. She is humble yet bold. She has one of the hardest tasks because she had to provide for her household and yet be a powerful force to be reckoned with in the Spirit Realm and in the Kingdom but she finds a way to do it all and do it all well. She is a woman of prayer. She is walking pure & chaste before the Lord without falling, failing and faltering. She preaches the paint off the walls! She is a great leader. People may talk about her but she lives so that the lie is always crushed. Her past stops at the BLOOD and she tells others that theirs does too! She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is divorced, though her marriage and relationship and heart were broken - SHE ISN'T BROKEN! Though people around her may talk about her, she YET preaches...and she preaches the pure paint off of the wall. She proves that she is MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! She is resilient, patient, no nonsense and she has a heart for those that have gone through what she has and her life, example and carriage teaches all that watch her walk that because SHE MADE IT - that THEY CAN TOO! She is beautiful. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is strong. She is virtuous. She is humble yet bold. If she has children, she is an excellent example for her children to follow. She has one of the hardest tasks because she had to provide for her household and yet be a powerful force to be reckoned with but she finds a way to do it all and do it all well. She is a woman of prayer. She is a great leader who follows the Lord. She is walking pure & chaste before the Lord without falling, failing and faltering. People may talk about her but she lives so that the lie is always crushed. (WHY ARE DIVORCED WOMEN OF GOD TORMENTED? They have already had their heart broken once...they should be embraced, loved and encouraged! Oh I guess I have to write about that another time too! AUGGGGGGH! GOOD GRIEF! <-------another Charlie Brown moment!) She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is widowed, her life and example teaches all who watch her that she is a more than a CONQUEROR! Her example teaches all that even though her husband has passed that she is a SURVIVOR. Her life teaches us that even though her husband has passed that her God is yet alive. She has a wonderful reputation and impeccable character. Often they are older women but not all. Some preaching women have been widowed at very young ages but regardless of their age, though their heartbreak is soon forgotten after the homegoing service, their faithfulness to God, His church and the lost is a portrait of power! She walks in purity and virtue. She is beautiful. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is strong. She is virtuous. She is humble yet bold. If she has children, she is an excellent example for her children to follow. She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. She is a LEADER that anyone can follow! She faithfully prays. She preaches the paint off of the walls! Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is married to a Believer, she delicately and masterfully balances her calling to serve GOD and her life as a wife. She is a Proverbs 31 woman. Despite being a lovely, gorgeous and attractive feminine lady, her affections are towards her husband and him alone and yet she finds times to steal away to be with her Savior. She studies the Word daily and prays daily. She is faithful both to God and to her husband. People know that she safeguards her marriage with due diligence. Despite having to spend time away from her home, her home is not neglected. She is a woman of impeccable character. She is a LEADER that anyone can follow. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is strong. She is virtuous. She is humble yet bold. If she has children, she is an excellent example for her children to follow and they know that they are loved. She also eventually has spiritual sons and daughters because she births souls into the Kingdom by her preaching, teaching, example and preayers. She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. She is a LEADER that anyone can follow! She preaches the paint off of the walls! Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is married to an Unbeliever, (yes, it happens - some get saved and are called after they've already gotten married...and some marry a man who loved God when they met him but then he backslides...yes that happens too...okay let's move on.) Her witness to him is consistent - not in fancy words, but her life, walk and carriage are a testimony and a powerful Message to her husband. She is faithful to the ministry and her home is not neglected. She is faithful to God and to her husband. She is a woman of impeccable character and integrity. She is a woman of prayer! This WOMAN OF GOD should be loved and not maligned. The Devil attacks who and what we love so a WOMAN OF GOD in this place should be prayed for, supported and loved. If she has children, she is an example for her children to follow. Her children know that they are loved. She eventually has several spiritual children because the anointing on her life has caused throngs to come to know Jesus. She is a LEADER that can be followed. Oft-times people will charge her with being a neglectful WOMAN OF GOD because her husband is not saved. Some will even charge her with being a person not worthy of LEADERSHIP because her husband does not fear the Lord. We preach powerfully about the prophet who marries a harlot but she didn't become a harlot AFTER he married her - she was a HARLOT when he married her. (WHOOO it is tight in here!) But eventually Hosea's wife Gomer is purchased and is restored. We should pray for the WOMAN OF GOD who is in this place because GUESS WHAT? There are female Hoseas and male Gomers out there. Instead of laughing at her or talking about her, she should be admired and looked at as a being a woman of great resiliency and power and faith despite her spouse being unsaved. Often her witness will win her husband to the Lord. She is a woman that studies the Word daily and prays daily. She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS. Despite the unbelief and/or backsliding of her husband - she is YET a LEADER that anyone can follow! (Heber had a covenant with Heber and Sisera (the Enemies of God's people) and yet HIS WIFE JAEL KILLS SISERA when Barak refuses. (Read about Deborah the Prophetess in Judges...just because the husband was in league with the Devil, Jael was YET A MIGHTY DELIVERER & WARRIOR!) A woman with an unbelieving husband will often be the preacher that wins her unbelieving husband to Christ. The believing wife still can sanctify the unbelieving husband...oh yes she can! She preaches the paint off of the walls! Some are evangelists. Some are prophets. Some are pastors. Some are Bishops. Some are teachers. Some are intercessors. But all are powerful.

If she is MARRIED but separated, she remains true to her Heavenly Father and to the VOWS that she made to both GOD and her husband despite their no longer being together. She walks chaste before the Lord. She is in a very painful place in her life and should be undergirded by prayer and covered by prayer. Her husband may choose not to reconcile. She may (for her safety, sanity & soul decide NOT to reconcile.) Or the Lord may put their marriage back together all to the Glory of GOD! The Enemy attacks marriage and families with a vengeance so a Preaching WOMAN in this place should be supported ad prayed for. A woman that is truly saved and called will do what is right despite the chaos that has hit her life. She will continue to hold up the Blood Stained Banner despite the pain that has ravaged her home. Her faithfulness to the Lord (in spite of all she is going through in her personal life) should be admired, not maligned.

She may be separated because she had to leave an abusive marriage. She may be separated because she discovered that one of her children was being sexually abused. She may be separated because her husband left her for someone else. She may have been abandoned because her ministry became more popular and/or powerful than her husband's ministry.

SOMETIMES LIFE HAPPENS - YES EVEN TO THE ANOINTED!

This Preaching Woman in this place remains faithful both to God and to the call of God. She is a woman of impeccable character. She is YET a LEADER that anyone can follow. She looks gorgeous. She smells good. She is strong. She is virtuous. She is humble yet bold. If she has children, she is an excellent example for her children to follow and they know that they are loved. She preaches the paint off the walls! She is balancing her career and her ministry. Those that are in full time ministry are doing it with power and they are walking with good...better yet - GREAT NAMES & REPUTATIONS.

Let us be our SISTER'S KEEPER and love and support each other because we truly ARE SISTERS! Let us pray for each other! Let us look out for each other. Let us celebrate the Gifts in our sisters but more than that, let us celebrate the GIFT OF OUR SISTERS! Let us celebrate the Blessed Gift of SISTERHOOD! Let us pray for each other's walks, ministries, hearts and lives. When our sister is preaching, let us say AMEN to the truth! Let us not fall prey to CATTY-NESS but let us be COVENANT SISTERS and walk with our sisters in times of TRIUMPH and in times of TRIAL! If we continue to walk in integrity, power, purity, HOLINESS, VIRTUE, anointing and love - there is no DEMON IN HELL THAT CAN STOP, BLOCK, THWART, CRUSH, STIFLE, HINDER or CRUSH US!

We can do more together than we could ever do alone!!!!!

Let us cover our single sisters with prayer. Let us cover our single mothers with prayer. Let us cover our widowed sisters with prayer. Let us cover our happily married sisters with prayer. Let us cover our sisters who are married to unbelievers with prayer. Let us cover our separated sisters with prayer. Let us cover every sister who is a mother in prayer. Let us cover every sister who desires to be a wife in prayer. Let us cover every sister who is content to be single in prayer. Let us cover every sister who desires to be a mother in prayer. Let us cover every PREACHING WOMAN in prayer. LET US BE SISTERS and PRAY, PRAY, PRAY one for the other. The pleasures or pains of your life should never stop the call of GOD. The joys or jungles of your life should never stop the assignment on your life. Let us be faithful to call and honor Heaven's Choice of us regardless of TRIUMPHS & TRIALS. Every woman preacher has to DECIDE TO MAKE JESUS THEIR CHOICE...no matter how blessed their life is or no matter how hard it may get. WHY? It is because you, yes YOU ARE a MULTI-DIMENSIONAL, MULTI-TASKING, MEGA ANOINTED PHENOMENON simply because you are a CHOSEN, LOVED & YIELDED VESSEL IN THE HANDS OF THE LORD!

Keep Preaching!

Keep Preaching!

MY SISTERS JUST KEEP PREACHING!

YOUR SISTER,

The Eloquent Woman by L.A. Artis

"The words that fall from her mouth and pen taste like honey, look like pearls, sound like music, smell like roses and feel like silk but the quill of her carriage, courage, class and character pen classic literary masterpieces on the hearts of all blessed to know her heart, mind and soul." - L.A. The Fruit That Remains by Rev. L.A. Artis

I walked into the church I was scheduled to preach for on yesterday and just when I was about to go into the back to put my robe on I was greeted by a really pretty woman with a glow on her face and a really sharp haircut.  Her face looked so familiar.  I had been to the church before but she had such a sparkle and a glow to her I didn't recall who she was.

I didn't remember her until she smiled at me.  I remembered her then.  I grabbed her and hugged her and we just held onto one another for a good while.

I remembered her by her smile BECAUSE I was praying with her when God gave her her smile back, her joy back...her SELF back!

She went on to hand me a card and a piece of paper.  She hugged me again.

I walked to the back and my head said to put what she had given me in my briefcase to read later but my heart said to stop everything I was doing and read it then.

I listened to my heart.

I preached for their Women's Conference Revival and when I first met her, she didn't have a smile on her face.  She was an abused, broken, hurt, wounded and betrayed woman.  The suffering she had endured showed in everything about her:  her face, her carriage, her posture, her lack of eye contact her silent screaming pain.

The card was a beautiful thank you card and the poetry in the card touched my heart very deeply but it was when I began to read the typewritten page in her own words, in her own voice that I truly understood the depth of her thanks and gratitude.

She walked me through the her nightmare and then at the end of her tale was the night she met me the first time.  She talked about how the message and the ministry had changed her life.  It could have been so that I never saw this woman ever again - after all, she wasn't a member of the church I was preaching for - her mother was but, she needed to see me and as quiet as it is kept, I needed to see her.

What I saw in her face and on her life was that what God has chosen me to do with my life really does matter.  When I met her, (though I truly believe in sacred scholarship) it wasn't my ability to break things down to their etymological root that blessed her.  It wasn't eloquence.  It wasn't a lot of the things that many preachers think they need in order to be effective ministers.  What I had shared with her that night was the message of Christ's love for her and then I went to her and just held her so she could see and feel a physical manifestation of a spiritual love.  We prayed together.  We cried together.  We praised together.  The Lord moved in and on her life in such a way that when I saw her again I didn't recognize her at all.

The subject of the message I preached the night we first me was, "From Shattered to Stained Glass".  Before me stood a woman that came in the service shattered but left out stained glass.  A woman that came in broken but now when the SON shines through her life it leaves radiant and majestic colors and patterns and impressions on everyone that encounters her healed and strengthened heart, mind and soul.

Last night I got to see someone who had met God because of little me.  What an honor!  Not only had she had an encounter with Him but it was so powerful that it forever changed her life, heart and outlook - so much so that it beautified & changed how she looked.  Sometimes people watch Christian television, YouTube, and Video Clips and they think that what happens in our services is nothing more than empty emotionalism and fleeting fits that never really change anything or anyone.

GOD IS REAL!

HIS WORD IS REAL!

HIS WORKS ARE REAL!

How do I know?

I saw what He can do just last night.  She didn't just cry, run around, praise and then return to brokenness, pain and abuse - the woman that stood before me is proof that the Gospel works; that prayer works; that showing someone Christ's love can and will change someone's life FOREVER!

She is the FRUIT THAT REMAINED faithful to God long after His servant had hopped on a plane and returned to New Jersey.  God changed her life.  Christ healed her hurt, her scars, her baggage and her pain.  Her life was changed so much so that on last evening, her daughter raised her hands in surrender and her heart in contrition and praise and she gave HER life to Christ as well.

The Word of God promises us that He would not only save us but our whole household.  The seed of the righteous SHALL BE SAVED!  What a joy it was to return after seeing her mother give all of the pain. hurt and brokenness to GOD and return the following year and witness a RIGHTEOUS woman's seed be saved right before my very eyes!!!!!

For those of us that fly around the country and around the world to help; for those of us who drive hour after hour after hour to talk to someone in need and in dire straits; for those of us that burn midnight oil talking to people on the verge of giving up, giving out and giving in WHAT you do matters.  I don't know any minister who wouldn't want their ministry to grow and greatly impact people on a large scale basis but, know that even if it never happens, know that in the end, what really matters is did you tell someone about Jesus?  Did you show them love?  Did you teach them the scriptures?  Did you pray for them?  Did you help them in their hour of need?  Did you listen?  Did you care?

We so often spend time talking about GENERATIONAL CURSES but on yesterday I got a chance to witness right before my very eyes a GENERATIONAL BLESSING.  A healed mother who had walked up right before her daughter was blessed to stand there on yesterday and behold the wonder of salvation in the life of her teenage daughter.  God met her daughter on the same side of the church He had met her a year ago.  I couldn't help but smile today as I sat in the airport ALL DAY LONG!  :-)  I do what I do because God called me unto it.  I do what I do because I don't want people to get hyped over me and then go back into pain, shame and horror after I leave town.  I smiled today because often people think I need to change professions because it at times can seem to be a thankless job but, days  like yesterday make all of the sacrifices of ministry worth the while.  What an honor it was to see first hand that my life is being used to touch other people's lives and their encounters with Jesus Christ are NOT momentary thrills - but in fact life changing KAIROS moments that forever alter not only where they spend eternity but forever alters their entire lives.

In an hour when so many things are failing and folding - what a joy to know that people do get saved and stay saved.  What a blessing to know that people really do allow God to turn them around and then they do everything they NEED TO AND HAVE TO DO to continue to live, walk and grow as He would have them live, walk and grow.

Some people believe that Christianity is a weak religion.  Some people think that the claims of salvation and changed lives are hoaxes and lies.  Are there hypocrites, frauds and phonies?  OH YES THERE ARE but we can spend so much of our time talking about the folks that won't live right and won't do right that we neglect and forget to honor, celebrate and support the ones that DO!

There is a song that I love that simply says, "When it seems like the whole world has forgotten, your labor of Love they don't see, sometimes your name they won't remember oh but do Lord remember me,.  He said, "I will remember, your labor will not be in vain."  He said, "I will remember, a reward awaits in your name."

I could spend today talking about all of the folks that say one thing and do something else - I choose not to...I rather celebrate, honor and reflect upon THE FRUIT THAT REMAINS.

Keep living for Jesus because what you do for HIM it truly is not in vain!!!!!

Dedicated to planting seeds to grow Him FRUIT THAT REMAINS,

It's My Party by Rev. L.A. Artis

It's MY Party! - by Rev. L.A. Artis

"Yesterday I looked at myself & within myself & I saw one who had withstood seemingly insurmountable tests & obstacles; one who made the best of the worst; one who had believed when the unbelievable happened.  I saw one who had remained faithful in fainting times.  I smiled because I was proud of myself but then I sheepishly looked Heavenward expecting a rebuke for taking a moment to celebrate myself & instead of Heaven's frown, I was greeted with a smile.  'FINALLY you see you as I DO!' I smiled back at Heaven & then I found a mirror & I smiled at me.  I'd stood up for Him & for me & HE was pleased with me...so why shouldn't I be?"

The Falling of the Leaves by L.A. Artis

The Falling of the Leaves by L.A. Artis

I was out walking today - just talking to the Lord about His will for the rest of my life.  I had walked passed beauteous trees who stood like peacocks with a breath-taking foliage of vibrant flame filled hues, but the tree that caught my eye was the tree that stood among all of the other trees stripped of its leaves, covering and foliage.  It stood bare amid trees that had a full head of hair.  Stripped of everything and yet its arms yet reached towards the sky.  Stripped of its beauty and yet in uncompromising strength it reached towards Heaven.  All of the other trees yet had a glorious covering but this one had nothing but raised arms.  It stood naked and alone on the verge and threshold of the lonely cold blanketing of the snow and yet despite its obvious future, it stood naked but not ashamed in praise position ready to face the long winter.  It is because there is a LAW to seasons.  The law of seasons says that after you have been stripped of everything that makes you look beautiful and feel beautiful there is an inevitable spring that is coming.  The only things that are required are these:

1.  A determination to keep one's arms up.

2.  A constant reaching for the sky

3.  Standing

4.  Refusing to fall or faint in the winter

5.  Keeping your roots securely fastened.

If one will but do that, the budding of the spring and the glory of the summer is destined and promised yours.

Hope and faith produces the glories of the spring and summer but hope and faith shines their brightest when everything is falling off & falling down and your arms remain up in praise.

No matter what falls or fails, if you make a covenant with God and with yourself to stand in faith, stand in praise and stand in Him, your hope-filled faith and your faith-filled hope will sustain you in the winter season of your life and the blooms and beauty of a supernatural spring are guaranteed thine.

Holding on to hope-filled faith and faith-filled hope are you?

A TREE CALLED ME by Rev. L.A. Artis

The Tree Called ME by L.A. Artis

Peaceful in stormy weather.

Placid in the stormy sea.

Planted by the rivers of waters is where you will find the tree called ME.

Sunny despite rainy seasons.

Full of faith when I don't understand why.

Joyous despite bitter treasons.

Destined to live oh yes live & not die.

Glowing in the Light of His Will.

Even daring to paint the town red.

Surviving long enough to hear His "peace be still"

And be happy just like Grandmomma said.

Kicking Off My Shoes by L.A. Artis

Kicking Off My Shoes by L.A. Artis

Shoes hurt for many reasons:

1.  They are too small

2.  They aren't made well - cheap

3.  The cut of the shoe does not go well with the natural contour of our feet.

4.  They just aren't for us.

We kick them off for many reasons:

1.  Long day

2.  To wash our feet.

3.  To show how pretty they are.  (Beautiful are the feet of them that preach the Gospel - what nobody ever told you?)

4.  To have them massaged...Ahhhh!  HEAVEN  :-)

4.  For treatment (medical reasons) for beautification (love those pedicures)

5.  We are standing on Holy Ground.

I am not a young girl any more so there are some things I am just NOT going to do..and walk around in shoes that hurt is one of them.

If your feet hurt your whole body is in pain.

In order to stand(and stand for a long time and stand up straight my feet must be comfortable.

In order to walk my feet must feel fine.

In order to run, climb and jump...I think you get my gist.

In order to make progress I must have on shoes that fit.

But there are seasons when God calls us to kick off our shoes.

WHAT?

Check this out...

I was just talking to a dear friend and during the conversation, I was walking around in some slides, but as the conversation progressed, I kicked off the shoes and my friend thought that I had stopped walking.  I hadn't...in fact I was moving around even faster with them off than I was with them on.  It dawned on me, there are some times that God will have us take off our shoes because He wants us to move but He wants our moves to be UNDETECTED.

SHOES ANNOUNCE YOUR MOVES!!!!!

Moses had been on a long journey and when he witnessed the burning of the bush He was Divinely instructed to remove his shoes for the ground he stood on was HOLY.

His shoes had to be removed -

1.  To show his obedience

2.  To rest from his journey

3.  To be released from one walk into another - he wore them when he left as a murderer - he had to come out of those shoes.

4.  To ensure that there was nothing separating him from the HOLINESS of God

5. To sanctify his walk

6.  To order his steps

7.  But also to receive instructions from Heaven on how to deliver God's people from Enemy territory.  His moves had to be undetectable so his shoes had to be removed.

Moses was getting ready to hear from God and the instructions he was going to receive would take him into enemy territory to release Israel.

When you come in from the busy-ness of your day, kick off your shoes and ask God, "Father what do YOU want to tell me?"

I believe it is during the time when we are most relaxed, restful and peaceful in His awesome presence that we will hear the strategies of Heaven on how to release every blessing, person and gift that is being held captive.

Kick off your shoes in His presence and wait for GOD to tell you what to do and walk around with them off so the Devil has no clue as to what you are doing.

SPEAK LORD FOR THY SERVANT HEARETH THEE...

Where are MY SHOES?  Mine are off...you'll find out what He's told me to do after I've already done it.

Where are YOUR SHOES?

Footloose

Rev. L

I STILL BELIEVE
The world around me may crumble but Lord, I still believe
that you are able and fully capable of bringing a message out of this mess.

The people I love most may leave, but Lord, I still believe
that all people are not bad and that you will never leave or forsake me.

My faith in you will never be shaked by what I see
I believe YOU whom my eyes have never beheld but my heart knows is real.

I WILL ALWAYS BELIEVE!

Don't Mess With Me, I'm ON MY PERIOD by L.A. Artis

Don't Mess With Me, I Am On My PERIOD by L.A. Artis

Yes you read it right - don't mess with me, I Am On My PERIOD!

Don't Bother Me...

Don't Disturb Me...

Don't Touch Me...

I am in the FLOW of my life...

And I'm FLOWING HEAVY!

I am on my PERIOD.

A PERIOD is a punctuation mark. Punctuation marks are symbols that indicate the structure and organization of written language, as well as intonation and pauses to be observed when reading aloud. Their use slowly evolved but when they blossomed into full effect was when the CHRISTIAN BIBLE was being produced in mass quantities. It was because the WORD of GOD was meant not only to be read - but READ ALOUD!

We are living epistles and someone is reading from the pages of our lives. We live in a time when people talk about the BOOKS they are reading from. The Christian Woman lives a beautiful life and when people read from the pages of her life, they can only speak of PRAYER, PURPOSE, PASSION, PRAISE, PURITY, PIETY & PERSISTENCE! She is a living Psalm to the Lord.

She is so focused that she does not have time for people who don't want her to close out one chapter of her life to begin the best chapter of her life. They don't want her to move forward, move out or move on but messing with a woman on HER PERIOD is dangerous. I am sure by now you know that I am not talking about a menstrual cycle :-). A woman on her PERIOD is a woman who is living her life according to the rules of punctuation. A PERIOD marks the end of one sentence and sets the starting place for the next sentence. It ends one thought and starts another. It closes out one thing and grants permission to start another. It finishes. It stops all conversation. It silences.

People always joke about how women are not to be messed with when they are on THEIR PERIOD. They are emotional. They are ready to fight. They are dangerous. Satan, you are right! I am ON MY PERIOD so I am really emotional about me and all that belongs to me (my family, my career, my dreams, my ministry and my future.) I am ON MY PERIOD so I am ready to fight for what God says I can have. I am ON MY PERIOD so I am really am dangerous. I am not only dangerous - I am armed and dangerous. Don't Mess With Me, I AM ON MY PERIOD - God closed out the worst season in my life and I am about to step into my next sentence which marks the best season of my life. Don't Mess With Me, I AM ON MY PERIOD - whatever anybody said about me, knew about me or thought about me ends at the PERIOD. Don't Mess With Me, I AM ON MY PERIOD - I stand just one WORD AWAY from the next prophecy being fulfilled in my life. Don't Mess With Me, I AM ON MY PERIOD and the next part of my life will be the best part of my life.

The craziness, the foolishness, the abuse, the misuse, the suffering, brokenness, the frustration, the poverty and the pain all stop at the PERIOD. Preaching Women, don't punctuate your hardship or trial with a COMMA. According to the rules of PUNCTUATION - a COMMA marks a pause and then a resuming of speech. Your praise, confession of faith, speaking the Word of GOD and pleading the BLOOD of Jesus tells Satan that "IT" stops here!

Whatever Satan is saying to you in this hour, please take your anointed (and manicured) hands and with authority declare, "Don't Mess With Me, I'm On My PERIOD" and then YOU start the next sentence with Prophecy and VICTORY!

I'm on my PERIOD - are YOU?

KEEP PREACHING!

The Lacy Lady's List is the same List as the Strong Woman's List by L.A. Artis

The Lacy Lady's List is the same List as the Strong Woman's List by L.A. Artis

People seem to believe that a woman is either strong or soft; feminine or feisty when in truth a REAL woman is both.

1.   We like having doors opened for us even though we know we totally capable of opening them ourselves.

2.  We are leading thinkers and thinking leaders but we love stepping back and letting a godly, gifted and great man take lead.

3.  We are leaders.  A woman wants to take her man hand by the hand and lead him and if he is wise, he will let go of her hand and but will continue to follow her for it is then that he gets to see her as no one else in the world does.  Brothers follow the leader...following our lead will afford you the sweet opportunity to lead at the time you most want and need to...brothers follow the leader...

4.  We are attracted by what we see of you and in you and we are attracted by the sweet words we hear you say but we are forever attached by how we are treated.

5.   When we are loved and loved right, we will clear a field to help you build a dream.

6.   A man that thinks, dresses well, prays, communicates, respects and honors us, his family, friends, and himself will always have our respect, loyalty, prayers, love, passion, admiration and full attention.

7.   Brothers, you don't have to be rich, but you do have to go to work.

8.   Romance is the dance of our souls.  It is the key to our hearts.

9.   A man that truly loves God, prays and believes?  We will follow him and walk with him whereever he may go.

10. A man that gives honest compliments &, constructive caring criticism is a friend to our esteem and destiny.

11. A real lady knows when to hang up her Wonder Woman cape and let her man handle it.

12. A strong woman is a lacy lady and a lacy lady is a strong woman.  Her lace gives her strength.  Her strength makes her very feminine.  They are not mutually exclusive unless THAT WOMAN makes them so.  The only person who can stop a beautiful woman from being strong is herself.  People can hurt her.   They can abuse her.  They can let her down but as long as she believes in herself, her gifts, her talents, her abilities, her God-given beauty and strength - NO ONE CAN EVER TAKE THAT AWAY FROM HER!

13. A real woman knows that a beautiful mind on a beautiful woman is irresistable to a man with a brain!  :-)

14.  A praying woman is a powerful woman.  She is powerful in every way imaginable.  She has the power of God.  She has the power of the Word of God.  She has the power of her brilliant mind.  She has the power of her femininity.  She has the power of her intuition.  She has the power to attract.  She has the power to lead.  She has the power to create.  She has the power to lead.  She has the power to make a man better, stronger, wiser, richer and happier than he'd ever be without her - all because she knows who she is, whose she is, what she has, how to use it, when to use it but mostly because she prays to a God who has all of the power!

15.  If we ever say, "We've had enough of you!"  Believe us.

16.  A woman that is sure of herself will keep herself looking beautiful for herself.  The man in her life reap the rich benefits of her self-love.

17.  A strong woman is drawn to a strong man like a moth to a flame.  She is strong enough to use lace to build him, draw him and sustain him  She is strong enough to let the lace in her get his attention.  She will use the lace in her to bind his broken heart.  She will use the strong lace in her to hold him together when the world is tearing him apart.  A strong confident woman knows that the lace in her is strong enough to keep a good man drawn to her and only her forever.  A Lacy woman is a stronger than strong woman and the strongest women find their greatest strengths in the delicate intricate weavings of beautiful lace.

18.  A lacy woman will let the sweetness of herself erase the bitter taste of the world from your mouth and life and a strong woman will hold you close and hold you up when life has beat you down. Her sweet strength and her strong sweetness is more than enough to cause you to return to the battle and then win the war.

19.  Truth be told we want to be celebrated for both our BEAUTY and our MINDS.

20.  We have strong arms but love being in the stronger arms of a man.  Sitting or walking with him while his arm is around our waist is our haven of rest...no matter how strong or successful we are - we long to be in your safe keeping and care.  Resting in your strength is Heaven on earth.  Knowing you are powerful enough to hurt us but you never will makes us give all that we have and are to you without reservation or hesitation.
